Contra III is chock-full of goodies, as is the series' reputation for a strong armament. You'll never be alone with the conventional spread gun, the homing gun (ideal for crowd control), or the destructive flame thrower. When you hold down the "fire" button, even the default machine gun fires a continuous stream of bullets.
